LED (light emitting diode) lighting for use in industry and commerce is a rapidly emerging, ultra high efficiency system that is gaining support with architects and building specifiers. LED lighting typically consumes 25% of the power of fluorescent, SON or mercury lighting, currently considered as "high efficiency" for the same output in terms of lumens delivered. These dramatic savings will often fully fund the replacement of existing systems, with paybacks often in under three years. In addition LED lighting typically last 3 to 5 times longer that conventional systems (typically in excess of 50,000 hours), which also reduces maintenance costs, and the lower heat outputs also reduce air conditioning requirements.
The units benefit from instant "start up" and can be dimmed with conventional dimmers, and can significantly reduce costs and carbon emissions, which can assist companies meet future CRC requirements.
As with all TM contracts funding packages are available to ensure that clients have a positive cash flow at all times, whilst at the same time effecting a guaranteed reduction to their carbon emissions and costs
LED TUBES
Much Longer life than FL tube: Typical 50,000+ hours – 10+ years for typical 8 hours per day)
70%~80% Energy-saving over Fluorescent tubes
Solid State, high shock/vibration resistant
Works without ballast
No RF interference
No flickering or buzzing
Quick and easy installation to minimize retrofit costs
Instant soft-start
Minimum maintenance costs
Produce little Heat
No Mercury and other hazardous materials, CE and RoHS compliant
Continuous operation for white LEDs (10 years for other colours also)
Rated to operate from -40°C to 50°C. Perfect for environments with extreme temperatures
Typical Technical Specifications
1. Wide voltage input 85-265 VAC, 277V AC, DC24V
2. PF (power factor): 0.86-0.92
3. Power efficiency >86%
4. Operating Temperature: -40°C to +50°C.
LED Tube offers 3 types PC Cover viewed from the front.
Striped Cover – hides pattern of the light
Transparent cover – LEDs can be seen and gives brightest light output
Frosted cover - vivid light effect exactly same as CFL – preferred option for most applications
5. Standard warranty period 2 years
6. Only accredited electrical staff can disassemble and assemble LED Tube. Protective measures should be taken while installation.
7. Electronic ballast and starter MUST be removed from the existing fixture of tube before installing.
8. LED Tube is for indoor use only.
HIGH BAY LED FITTINGS
Available in many outputs form 40w to 200w, to replace 150w to 750w units. Ideal for Retail and Warehousing, with very long operating life and zero maintenance costs.
Dramatic energy savings compared with incandescent and Halogen lamps Cool beam, safe to touch, No UV, IR or heat in light beam, No mercury used in the source, Instant light (less than 100ns), Cold start capability, and can be wired into existing tracks
